Astroneer
Stuck in a solar system your goal is to find a way to escape by exploring the 7 planets in it. Dig around, collect resources, build things, snap them together and then crash your car into the core of the planet.

Battlefield 1
A battlefield game set in World War I, or the Great War as it was known until the sequel. A good single player campaign with six different characters with seperate war stories about the war.

Dishonored 2
Epic =).

Doom
So fun. Get it now :).

Dying Light: The Following
DLC to Dying Light where one get to explore the countryside with a car. Always fun to run over zombies with a car :).

Factorio
Crashed on a alien planet you need to build a spaceship to escape. Chop some wood, build a furnace and hours later you have a giant factory covering the planet. Belts and trains go everywhere and you need to defend it against the alien bugs when the get angry about your environmental disaster.

Firewatch
Take a job as a fire lookout. Look out the window of your tower, talk to another ranger over radio and walk. The 4 hours playtime would be 8 hours if the run button was removed. The short clip shows a summary of all the things you get to do in the game. But it's mostly walking. I think it's time for me to give up on walking simulators. I can't handle more slow paced walking, looking at things and suffer another nothingburger story. The only upside is that they are short and give game journalists more time writing another is video games art essay/review.

Gears of War 4
Set 25 years after the last game the new cast has more hair but is as fun as a box of wet cabbage. Hard to kill things in a successful franchise so old enemies and cast return.

Grim Dawn
Action role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic victorian era style fantasy world destroyed by otherworldly powers. Survive by killing monsters, collecting loot and doing quests.

Inside
Playdeads second game. Did not work for me as i got mostly a meh feeling when playing it. Feels much more walking simulator then the last game. Scrolling the save points give about the same experience as playing the game. Nice mood from the visual and not much more.

Quantum Break
Games from Remedy is always worth playing. The whole TV show part of the game is not impressive but they did get Microsoft to pay for the game.

The Lab
VR technology showcase set in the Valve Portal universe. Shot a bow, play with a dog and move on to another game.

The Last Sniper VR
Short VR game set in WWII.

The Solus Project
Explore an alien planet and enjoy the setting but ignore the weak survival system. Lack of things to discover when exploring new areas makes it all a bit of a disappointment.

The Westport Independent
Play as a editor in chief of a newspaper and choose what to publish. Every week I supported the democratically elected Loyalist Party, vilified the rebels and praised the great leader. Still, in the end everyone loved me. The idea of this game is much better then it's execution.

Titanfall 2
Shooter where you play both with and without your Titan, a large mecha-style exoskeletons. It has it's own AI so it can act on it's own when you are outside it. Great single player campaign.

Unravel
Puzzle platformer where you take the role of anthropomorphic creature made of yarn. Use the unraveling yarn to navigate the levels, solve puzzles and avoid things that wish to chew on you.

Vanishing Realms
Fantasy VR game that works well. I got tired from shooting the bow but I also play like a coward.

World of Warcraft: Legion
Sixth expansion and the Burning Legion invades Azeroth. A new continent called the Broken Isles show up in Azeroth. This time you run around and power up a artifact weapons.

Worms W.M.D
Play worms with tanks, helicopters and mounted weapons.

XCOM 2
The first XCOM is better as all the timers annoy me in this one. There seems to be clocks counting down or up everywhere. I enjoy building my base and sneaking around shooting the aliens in the face. It's hard when there is always a timer that makes it a rush. The War of the Chosen expansion has a mod called Avatar Be Gone that removes the worst timer and it is also possible to lengthen some of the timers in the expansion. Without the mod I would not have played this game at all.
